KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtain and keep track of permitting and certifications for divers, company, certificates of insurance, port notifications, etc.
- Onboarding of new employees and employee promotions. Track and schedule Diver reviews. Offboarding responsibilities. Updating of personnel contact lists.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate all logistical matters related to incoming/outgoing travelers.
- Send notifications/vessel early boarding request as required to Agents, Port Authorities and Clients.
- Management of monthly online company training. Assist SAT Officer with delegation of training.
- Work closely with Operations Managers to track job needs, personnel and corporate compliance.
- Keep up to date with COVID 19 protocol, testing, health questionnaires, etc required for jobs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma / GED, with some College, or College Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or operations, including related fields of study/school programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Adobe software, SharePoint, and Salesforce CRM a plus.
